Purpose of the Affidavit
- To declare that the applicant has completed an LL.B. from a recognised university/college.
- To state the intended ordinary place of practice (as required by Bar Council rules).
- To undertake transfer of enrolment if the lawyer shifts to another state.
- To disclose gap years (if between graduation – LL.B. or LL.B. – enrolment).
- To confirm that no false information is furnished.

AFFIDAVIT

- That I have successfully completed the LL.B. examination from __________________ (name of university) in the year 2022 and have applied for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. - That I undertake to furnish all details sought in the enrolment application truthfully, and I am aware that any misrepresentation or suppression of facts will render my enrolment invalid and liable to cancellation.
